Rockman RCMV Screens are built on the basis of eccentric masses that vibrate with amplitudes ranging from 1.5 to 5 mm.
Vibration causes stratification by lifting the material, and because of the inclination and impulse of the vibrating motion, the
particles travel across the screening surface.
These screens are versatile and are widely used for
secondary and tertiary screening. This product range is
designed to perform at a slope angle of 18º that can be
modified for special applications via the adjustable
counterweights that allow for stroke adjustment.
RCMV screens comes with an optional spray pipe for
wet screening without any modification. The circular
motion provides reliable, flexible and efficient screening
in mines, quarries, gravel pits, and aggregates
production.
